The item has been tested by being powered on only, and is being sold in AS IS condition (a light blinked on the back of the camera on the control panel, and pressing the button on the top of the system caused the camera to make noise as if it were taking a picture). Please note that the stand included with the camera appears to be broken and not fully assembled (see pictures for more details overall).
